• Voice & Media Content: TalkNote is a voice-first platform. We may store voice notes, audio recordings, captions, transcriptions, messages, images, reposts, and other content shared through the Service.
• Usage & Device Information: We automatically collect certain device and usage data such as device identifiers, IP address, operating system, app version, browser type, crash logs, diagnostics, engagement metrics, and general platform activity.
• Moderation & Safety Data: We may collect information related to reports, abuse prevention, fraud detection, platform integrity, and safety investigations.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve TalkNote.

4. Public Content & Visibility

TalkNote is a social platform. Content you share publicly — including voice notes, captions, profile information, reposts, and interactions — may be viewed, copied, shared, recorded, or redistributed by other users or third parties.

Please avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information publicly. While TalkNote provides privacy controls and moderation systems, we cannot guarantee complete control over how public content is used or redistributed by others.

5. Content Ownership & User Rights

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to TalkNote.

By posting or uploading content through the Service, you grant TalkNote a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and operate such content solely for providing, improving, securing, and maintaining the Service.

TalkNote does not use private voice recordings to train artificial intelligence models without your explicit consent.

Aggregated or anonymized platform data may be used to improve analytics, recommendation systems, moderation systems, product performance, and platform safety.

6. Sharing & Disclosure

We may share information:

• With infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, and operational service providers.
• When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or legal request.

TalkNote does not sell private voice recordings or personal audio content to third-party advertisers.
