1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and TalkNote Inc., a Rare Inc. Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the TalkNote application and website. By creating an account, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use and Moderation

To comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store safety regulations regarding user-generated content (UGC), you agree not to transmit any audio, text, or profile media that:

• Promotes violence, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Contains sexually explicit material or child endangerment.
• Facilitates illegal activities.

TalkNote reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these guidelines without notice. Users may flag inappropriate audio streams directly within the app UI for immediate moderation review.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the original audio recordings you broadcast on TalkNote. By posting your audio, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to parse, host, cache, route, and publicly play your content strictly for the purposes of operating the Service. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed by another user's broadcast, please submit a DMCA takedown request to our legal team.

4. Age Restrictions

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Service.

TalkNote is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. You agree that your use of the site and our services will be at your sole risk.
